"Anteprima OPERA" enrich the tourist and cultural proposal of Verona with events, exclusive and personalized services that will let the Guest know and better appreciate the Opera, the Festival Areniano and the most beautiful aspects of our land: the History and the Art, our best Wines and tipical Flavours, our Tradition and our People.
Anteprima OPERA offers you the opportunity to have as your guide one of the protagonist of the theme we are dealing with: the best Wine producers, the great hospitality of noble Descendent of ancient families in the most beautiful historical locations of the city.
ANTEPRIMA OPERA - Meeting the Opera, the best Wines and Cuisine of Verona
The 10th edition of Anteprima OPERA is the most important show in Italy which concerns Opera, History, Wine and Gastronomy. The event is the best example of our idea of tourism, which sees the meeting between Guest and Host as the best way of konwing Italy and its culture, "discovering the People, his Culture and his Territory".
With its 48 fixed lyrical events, Anteprima OPERA 2010 provides an Introduction to the Opera that will be performed the same evening in the Arena di Verona. The Guest will discover the secrets of the Operas and of the Composers.
The event will include furthermore a Pre- Arena Musical Conversation with Wine Tasting of two of the best wines of Verona accompained with tipical flavours and, for those who wants, a Typical Cocktail Buffet in the same location or in the best restaurants of the city centre.
All just in time to be ready for the start of the evening opera in the Arena.
Exclusive Events, with personalized and reserved meetings with the Artists, could be organized for Vip or Incentive groups the evening before the chosen Opera performance in the Arena, or in the same afternoon of the Arena performance.
Anteprima OPERA is particularly appraciate for the accuracy of the organization and for its high cultural value, together with the elegance and charm of the event, as well as for the wonderful locations in which it is performed.

 All the 48 meetings are made up of two parts, in order to give way to the Hosts to choose the duration and the cost of the program.

THEME
The Opera, the Composer and the Artists
Melodrama - a blend of music, poetry and passion - can conceal peculiar choice inextricably bound to the historical moment in which they were wrote and heavily influenced by the personality of the author and those around him.
The heart of the event is thus the "Musical conversation". This consists of the Verona Arena Foundation’s Maestro and Singer presenting, at the piano, the Opera programmed for that evening, providing Guests with an invaluable guided listening and narrating key aspects - and equally important minor ones - of the plot, the music and the life of the composer.
The Wines, the Flavours, the Producers
The first part, designed to provide the Visitor with all the information he/she needs for the full appreciation of the Opera at the Arena, will be followed by the Wine Tasting of one of the very best of Verona’s wines, acompained with oils and flavours.
The Cuisine
Those wishing to remain in our company can attend the Gala Buffet Dinner served in the same location or in one of the best restaurants of Verona city centre (when less then 10 persons). All just in time to be ready for the start of the evening Opera in the Arena.
The Arena Show
The evening goes on with the magic Arena Show.

The Location |

All meetings of Anteprima Opera will take place at the Truth Poet Palace.
Represents perhaps the finest example of citizen Venetian architecture. The residence, now owned by the Counts Bevilacqua, takes its name from a noble family Truth Poet always present in Verona so that a legend between the Renaissance origins of the city and its name arrival of Truth coming from Etruria. To the construction and the decoration of the palace participated in the mid-eighteenth century some of the best Italian artists of the time, including the Bibiena.
From the wide hall (130 pax) access to six other rooms on the first floor, the surface of between 35 and 70 sqm. decorated with frescoes and furnished with period furniture. It is a wonderful location, ideal from small to medium groups who want to meet the story lived and the exclusivity of a private residence, enriched by a large inner garden of 1,000 square meters.
Being in the Hall of the Festivities of this palace, still inhabited by the owners, representing a real immersion in art and history, in the heart of Verona.

Five Wines for Five Operas where those elements of character, structure bring to light themselves and personalities who can be part of the ones and the others, valuing them and rendering them only in theirs to meet itself to Verona, city of Opera, Love and Wine..
